“I ordered the Marble Top bathroom vanity w/double sinks and 1 mirror. By looking at the measurements from the mirror I knew I could only have one or I would be covering all the lights in my bathroom. I ordered the vanity before the floor was finished so the plumber could see how he would need to lay the pipes in the floor and the measurements he would need to have to bring the piping thru the back of the vanity. Well it took more that 6 weeks to finish all of this to the point of hanging the mirror. The mirror was not what I wanted once the bathroom was done and I would rather have 2 smaller mirrors. I called to see about returning the $400 (un-opened boxed) mirror. The customer service was rude. They stick to the 14 day policy even if its never been opened! After they agreed to take it back after-all, they went on to inform me that it would cost OVER $100 to ship the mirror back. Whats the point???. They told me I could use my own shipper, when I called UPS I was quoted over $250, but I know they must have discounted rates so I can get screwed by them or UPS. Their customer service sticks!
