“I originally purchased Pine Pitch Salve to massage into my aching hands (Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and trigger finger), and this in combination with the Wild Mountain Arnica oil made a HUGE difference! I recently ordered Pine Pitch Salve for my daughter's boyfriend, who suffers from severe eczema. The salve gave him wonderful relief-- it lessened the inflammation and redness and (best of all!) stopped the itching and dryness. It's become a regular part of his rotation (he finds that anything he tries becomes less effective after a few days), but it's the single BEST tool he has for feeling better. (The SCENT alone is worth giving this a try! It reminds me of being out in the breathtaking "wild" around Crested Butte, and I love that I get to keep a piece of that with me. “Valerie's wild crafted products quite simply WORK. I have headaches from a brain injury and after buying from her, when I felt one coming on I tried rubbing on Pine Pitch Salve and it quickly took the sharp edge off. Two days later my husband strained his finger while camping and used her Wild Mountain Arnica Oil and all stiffness and swelling was gone overnight with 2 applications when a similar injury would have taken days. I also used it on a sore, swollen knuckle joint and the next morning, gone. Highly recommend both these products. Haven't yet tried the other lovely lotions and potions I bought but will review when used. A conscientious, caring and highly educated wild crafter in the high mountains of Crested Butte. Perfect.”

“I began using Valerie’s products a number of years ago. I had returned from a trip overseas to countries where clean, pure, natural hard milled soaps are the norm rather than the exception. I wanted to continue using that type of product and my search brought me to Valerie’s Colorado Real Soap Company. I began with the Olive Bar Soaps- Pine Drop and Wild Forest and then expanded to other varieties. The quality of all these is first rate. They have great bouquets, lather well, while cleaning and protecting your skin. One product I’m particularly fond of is the Perfection Scrub for hand and body. This product is infused with Wild Yarrow, Mango Butter, sugar and salt. In this current era of constant washing, I usually finish my hand washing with this product which provided moisture and softness to otherwise dry and damaged skin. Another excellent product is called Pine Pitch Save, which can be applied directly to problem skin areas with excellent results. In some minor surgeries I’ve had, I’ve used it to promote healing of the area of the surgery. When you use any of Valeries products, you come away with and understanding of her commitment to excellence in the natural promotion of healthy and Properly nourished skin.”
