“The Piping Kit was the most difficult thing to figure out online, so I had to call customer service to help me choose which Piping Kit I needed for my particular setup at home. They were great and told me exactly what I needed, however when it was installed at home we found that the outside pipe wasn't as long as we had hoped for, but thankfully my local installer had a couple extra extension sections of pipe on hand to get it to the desired height/length.”

I used the piping that was already through the wall from the previous pellet stove (a Vogelzang from a previous owner; we never trusted the Vogelzang - it finally coaded out and became too unsafe to operate). So, now we have the piping kit as a backup. No problem.”
“the kit should include a 3" X 15" or 18" length of Pellet Vent Pro pipe. It comes with 3 pieces of 3" X 12" pipe. Some houses have brick facades included in its construction and this leaves the joint connection hidden behind the interior and exterior trlm pieces. This joint extend beyond the point of the exterior trim piece and be visible and not hidden inside the wall. This is a safety concern.”
