“I was disappointed that the scraper rod that came with my HP50S wore out after just three years. The heat from the pellet stove caused the rod to become super thin in the center portion. So thin, in fact, that I was scared that I wouldn't be able to unscrew without breaking it. And it was difficult to remove due to the inexcessibility of the attachment point. The replacement part seems fine but I hope I'm not going to have to replace it in another three years like the first one. Time will tell.”
“My tube scraper knob has a retainer that is failing and only moved the scraper assembly half way in and out, I thought the new knob would have come with a new retainer.”
