“This "insurance package" is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I live in New Hampshire. Winters are not what they used to be, but still no joke if your heat source goes down. Other than smoking the glass when she doesn't like my pellets, my HP22N has never given me a moments problem. For that reason, I bought the package. Some component has got to fail eventually. It is a tremendous feeling to know that any component that could disable the stove, is immediately at my finger tips... “Not happy with this.Now it's January in Wisconsin. Tried to plan ahead get parts for this hp22. That I shouldn't really even have to buy. I just spent 3000 dollars on this stove last year when I bought it. Last night get home from work auger bearings are shot. I knew this was to good to be true. Go to the box of parts. NO AUGER BEARINGS. BUT I HAVE THE AUGER.I would of thought spending another 500 dollars on this pellet stove for the repair kit it would of had the two auger bearings in it. This stove is a money pit $3500 total,Junk.Going back to burning wood. 1 season and bearings are junk is under unexseptibale. Shane Nytes”
