“I replaced the auger n bearings because it was making a noise every 10 or 20mins ..i put in the new auger n bearings from comfortbilt ,sadly after a few uses it was doing the samething again ..idk maybe i didn put enough oil on the bearing ...”

“Have owned my pellet stove for about 2 years now. However, was never used until the fall of 2023. Hence, this machine has been in operation for about a now. Since that time have had numerous issues with it other than the bearings being replaced twice. It has cost me money to call in a technician to fix the issues.
I would probably purchase another Comfortbuilt. Also did not realize these were made in China at the time of purchase.”
