Auger's pretty good as long as you catch the bearings when they go right away otherwise they wreck the auger

This auger worked great and the service department did great at getting me to the problem.

Not sure why the bearings went out that hold the auger in place after two months of use. It started making a poping sound that got louder and more frequent over time. Comfortbuilt replaced the auger and bearing at no cost. I had to do the installing due to no dealers in my area. Worked great for two months now its starting over with yhe popping noise. Other than the issue im having I love this stove it puts out alot of heat and is relatively quiet. Hoping we can resolve this problem.

Well there will probably never be a defective bit, issue was lower bearing making an obnoxious noise, easy enough to replace. God help you if you need to replace the upper bearing, totally impossible to remove, its buried in the top casting, I made a special hook-tool and was unable to remove it.
