“Piece of junk. Bought it thinking it was the same quality as my pellet stove but nope! Arrived all dented, wouldn't create a seal and didn't even have enough suction to pick up a pellet off the floor. All I can say is I'm disappointed. I used it 3 times then threw it away and went back to a traditional wet dry vac. Works 100 times better.”
“Needs a longer hose , suction is good , but plugs up fast and needs cleaned about every 3rd time it's used. It works great , just needs cleaned a bit much imo....it DOES need a longer hose and the metal tube that's sent with it is worthless. I'm using attachments from a vacuum cleaner instead.”
“It's a great vacuum, the one that came with pellet stove burn out. I was supposed to get the one replaced. I send my receipts in, but never heard anything back. So your warranty leaves a little to be desired.”
