“Sent me the wrong housing. I had to take it apart and rebuild my old one thank goodness everything fit, called nobody return my message, so that’s why I took it apart and rebuilt it myself. I needed the part.”
“Why does the igniter AND the blower assy BOTH blow up and stop working, at the same time TWICE in one year? so, I am confused because I had to remove and replace both the igniter and blower assembly, first after a year+, then 0ne year later, AGAIN BOTH IGNITER AND BLOWER ASSY stop working. and this time, the blower cost an extra $100.00 so the second R + R cost $300.00- way too much for a yearly replacement schedule. this breakage makes Comfortbilt too expensive to run, looking for a better pellet stove, with better parts, and less expensive repetitive repair charges.”

“Used it for 1 winter season and love it. Had a small issue when it was installed, contacted the support section and within 72 hours had the replacement part. They were very quick to respond and shipped the part fast! Couldn’t have been happier. Stove ignites really fast, produces enough heat to warm my 2k sq foot area and it’s quiet. My only complaint if you call it that is the control panel “beep” is super loud. I can love with it! Thanks for producing a great product.”
