“The controller I received had a dead battery??? one a new one was installed it worked. My problem with the controller is it wont reset stove if it goes into any error code and you can't get any real distance away from the stove for it to work. I use it to keep from pushing buttons on the stove, I figure that will save the controller on the stove!”
“Remote arrived, didn't work, contacted tech support, no help just blew me off and didn't respond to second email. Finally went to batteries plus and had the battery checked. Both remotes were shipped with bad batteries. Need to put a little quality control in place.”
