“We’ve had our stove for a few months now and it’s been good for the most part. One of the reasons I bought Comfortbilt was from what I read, they had great customer support. That has not been the case for me. Apparently now, they don’t except phone calls for technical support. We lost power for 4 days and were having issues getting our stove running on backup power. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone at Comfortbilt. I think next time we will bite the bullet and buy a Harman. The stove runs good for the most part though.”
