“I like the way the stove heats my house. It does not overpower the room it is in and still manages to heat the whole house. I do have two problems though. #1- the pellets do not slide in the hopper. I end up with the middle pellets all being burned and the fire going out with a lot of pellets left in the hopper. #2- the machine feeds so fast that if I am burning hardwood pellets the pile up in the burnpot and then I need to lift the lid so no more pellets fall for a half hour or forty-five minutes while the pellets in the pot burn. Unfortunately the two problems make this machine very "needy" of attention and not a machine I can trust.”
