“Nice stove. Heats my 2 story house. Well built but not thought out very well.
Pellets hang in the hopper about a half a bag or so. The rivets are in the wrong way and the studs hang on to the pellets. To clean it there is a small door on the inside in back and makes it hard to clean the back behind the burn box. A piece of water hose on your vacuum hose does not really work well and you can’t get all of it clean that way. After taking screws out over the last few years in that clean out door they are starting to have issues. The gasket on the door tore to pieces the first time I took that little door off so I had to improvise a new one.”
