“Overall the stove has been good, there are definitely some changes I would like to make to some of the engineering of it. I clean the stove every 2-3 days because that is what I do anyway. The ash bucket does not get all the ashes in it and some goes off to the sides which are annoying. The burn pot if not cleaned very good seems to build up and then causes the fire not to burn properly,it is a heavy burn pot and easily breakable if dropped not a good design. The tool for pulling in and out to clean the heat tubes could have used some ball bearings to make it easier to move back and forth. Also on really cold days it does not seem to heat my entire area like the old stove and it is bigger than my old stove. The remote could be improved for a little more distance , however I am not far from the stove and really you cannot see what is happening on the remote so it is kind of useless. Does not seem as efficient as it says but it could be a break in period. I have already burned a tone of hardwood pellets and overall I am pretty happy with the stove, I just think a little more thought should have gone into engineering. Also, there are very few places that will service this stove in my area if at all, so I do hope there are no issues I cannot handle because I may have a problem with service if needed. The stove is extremely heavy and was delivered by Fedx and I paid extra for white glove and they were not well prepared for taking it up a flight of stairs, be aware if your on a second floor. I only had the stove since january and have used it almost every day, so it was worth getting it and I just hope it lives up to its promises.”
