“My wife and I are very happy with the pallet stove efficiency and especially the ease of going to our connected garage for pallets to fill the hopper. We’ve had a couple of snow storms since converting from our wood stove and I would’ve needed to exit the back of our house and go about 60’ away to bring in wood one load at a time after shoveling a path. The reason I didn’t give this a 5 rating is for the design of the removable ash collector. Most of the ash falls inside it but is not completely isolated. This makes for extra cleaning in the area where the removable pan sits especially the tight inner corners. Other than that very happy with the heating of our 2350 sq. foot home.”
“I have been having trouble with the flame being very inconsistent, sometimes going out and then getting an error "low temp" and I have to restart stove. The stove is well built and puts out good amount of heat but also seems to use alot of pellets”

“- So far, we absolutely LOVE our new ComfortBilt HP22-SS Pellet Stove. It is so very easy to clean out (which we do often). The HP22 burns clean (the ash is fine; very little soot). The stainless steel on the front looks nice. The brown is dark (which is good). The windows / glass on the front of the unit are great, and stay clean! It is so nice to see the fire burning within the unit. Our previous pellet stove (a Vogelzan) was a miserable, unreliable, and unsafe unit. Glad we purchased the HP22. Highly recomend it!”
