“this is the 3rd pellet insert i have purchased 1st two where quadra-fire pellet stoves after a few years the 1st quadra-fire rusted out the burner pot due to use of clean burn pellets ( they contain salt from the puget sound in wahington ) repaired that then electronics went so replaced it with same quadarfires blowers are very loud . moved into new house bought a comfortbilt insert so far very happy with it the ease of operation and the quiet blower motor and really heats up our living room i also installed a 4" flex kit for the chimney very nice installation. I installed the insert without any else's help would like to attach pictures”

“I decided to replace my wood stove last year. I needed a way to heat my house while I was at work. I researched the heck out of Stoves for months. I decided on the hp22i stainless for a few different reasons. They support first responders and military. Second I emailed them and called them a bugged the heck out of them. They proved there customer service is top notch. Shipping was easy. They were very helpful and nice. I was able to purchase an extended warranty. The stove is awesome heats up nice. I really like the instant heat. The fire mimics a real fire. Cleaning is very easy as well. I give this stove 5 stars. The company gets 10 stars for sure. Last thing I ordered a thermostat wire to hook up an external manual thermostat. The part was to my house on the west coast in 2 days that was faster than Amazon. Last the computer and the moving parts are above industry standards. If you replace a wood stove there are tax credits/rebates.”
“I would suggest a small hopper vibrator to help with feeding auger when getting low on pellets, that way you don't have to keep pushing pellets down when hopper is less then 1\2 full. More than heats our 2 story house. Works well.”
