I burn roughly about 3 1/2 tons of pallets, per season minor issues with igniter and a crack burn pot parts were promptly delivered the following day or within a day easy to replace Like I said minor issues extremely happy with the stove and the service.”

“Had my hp50 for 2 winters now. I love it. Easy to use. Clean the burn pot before every start up (takes 2 minutes), keep your hopper full, clean internally once a month along with the stove pipe. Heats my 1900 sf 2 story home nicely. Customer support walked me through some setting’s adjustments to get optimal burning. They’re great. Knowledgeable and helpful. Only negative is that I could burn two bags a day if I run 24/7, so that’s a little expensive. So it’s usually off during the day when we’re at work and we run a little space heater.”
