Compared to different stove I bought locally which lasted 3 weeks this HP50 is much better made, heats well and performs great IF you have the right performing pellets. The manual is exceptional. Gives great detail and each section has code to scan for video for greater details. Very quiet overall. Wish they sold their own line of pellets!

I am very pleased with my comfort built stove and accessories. The add on hopper works with out the longer cable but I will keep it as a spare. I purchased the HP50 in Arctic White this past October off of Amazon. The stove was delivered on time and set up was simple. I live in a house built in 1928, which the previous owner outfitted with electric baseboard heat in the 1990’s. My electric bill was extremely high in the PA winters. I have removed all but 1 baseboard heater in the upstairs bathroom. The HP50 is located in the basement heats the entire house. I use 1 - 1/2 tons of fuels so far. In my area that cost $403 I made to 50 pallet purchase of pellets, 1 at Home Depot, and 1 at Lowes. The craziest thing is that I have not had more than 5 - 10 gallons of ashes. I purchased a 2nd stove for my garage and it was 1/2 the price of the comfort built. It works but nothing close to the HP50. I have only used the Comfort Built products for 4 months but I am very satisfied so far and recommend to purchase with confidence.

Shipped very promptly and arrived in excellent condition. Very happy overall, except that the manual that comes with the stove is sooo small I needed a magnifying glass to read parts of it. Key, I think is finding good pellet fuel.
