Runs like a champ! Everything we need for our home heating. Just wish it came with extra igniter.

I bought my HP61 back on 11/2020 after having 2 or 3 other brands I can't tell y8ou how nice the hp61 is to have. In 4 years I have virtually no trouble at all with it. I replaced the igniter and on/off switch so far. This machine is so easy to work on and clean. I am so glad I found comfortbilt. If you have to call them the technicians are very good at diagnostic work. I highly recommend comfortbilt if you are considering a pellet stove. Compared to other models I have own this one is a dream. I really like the reliability this stove runs non stop 24/7 once winter hits. It's a real workhorse and a winner!

Love it. Added 30lb ComfortBilt hopper which made it so much easier to load pellets and added extra capacity. Had to move the control panel a bit to the right so it would not be in the way of the stove  pipe. (A bit of drilling but it was my choice - I wish the manufacturer would add that option) $170 hopper is very much worth it. Ash tray is a huge plus! Added a WiFi thermostat so I could control the stove from my phone from anywhere. I had to buy  ComfortBilt thermostat wire ($27) and hooked it up myself to the motherboard block and connected to the thermostat. Smart WiFi thermostat does need C-wire (24Volt to power smart thermostat itself - WiFi needs some power) and two wires from the stove to W and R - no matter which goes to which. I use only premium softwood pellets - low ash, less cleaning and more BTU output. Love it very much so far. Highly recommend - decent price and good quality.

I own two HP61 pellet stoves. I purchased both directly from Comfortbilt. Everything about Comfortbilt is exceptional, sales to service. I have never dealt with a company that is more service oriented than Comfortbilt. Thanks again for a job well done. Bob Laskowski

Our second purchase from Comfortbilt. Our second pellet stove was the HP61. We have a smaller stove in our barn and the HP61 in our primary residence. The ordering process, tracking, delivery, and customer service is all top notch. Completely pleased with both stoves. Love that when I called in for a couple technical questions s knowledgeable individual picked up my call within 10 seconds and had a great response to my questions. Not many companies these days deliver a top quality product and have equivalent top notch customer service. Well done team!!!

I have 2 Comfortbilt HP61 pellet stoves. My son-in-law also has a Comfortbilt HP61 in his home. Does that tell you how much we are pleased with these stoves?! I have nothing negative to say about the stove. At the bottom of the pellet container, the pellets may hang up a little when quantity is low, but that's no problem. The HP61's are good looking, easy to use, very clean and no smokey smells. Starting and stopping is done with one push of a button. Heat is pouring out 3 minutes after a dead, cold start. Great stoves! 5 stars for you!

I recently purchased a hp61 and it’s doing an amazing job. I have 2 pellet stoves and I like the ease of cleaning on this hp61. I had an issue with a previous model and the Comfortbilt guys went way above and beyond to get me squared away for winter this year. I feel warm and secure knowing they are there if I ever need support. THANKS guys!!!
