“Received my HP61 pellet stove very quickly, got the call from the sipping company and set up a time frame and they delivered right on time. The quality of the equipment is very good. it shipped on a skid and was very well packaged easy to assemble and get started up. The heat output is amazing, although on its highest setting it does eat a lot of pellets. The menus are a little cumbersome and not the easiest to navigate but the more I use it I'm sure it will get easier. That has been the only draw back so far, thus the reason for 4 starts. I am going to tinker with it and see if I can come up with some sort of tablet interface for the menus. Over all it was a very good experience and I feel it was a great purchase.”
