“went through 3 different boards. 1st one went bad after 4 bags of pellets on new stove. Made cheaply. I got rid of stove took back to store. To many small doors with gaskets. Took stove back after 5 months old. Never again”
“I've had several comfort built stoves. The one I have now is a diehard, i live in the mountains where it is very cold. Sometime it
only turns off long enough for me to clean it. It keeps my home perfectly warm for a reasonable price. I absolutely would not know what to do without it. I would recommend a comfort built stove to everyone. Their customer service department is awesome. And I think it's one of the most uncomplicated mechanical stove built.
They could actually mail you simple parts to put on if something goes out. Which is wonderful as a consumer.
