“My 1 year old stove went out after it ignited and heated up to the point it was ready to force hot air into the room. The wonderful customer service guys said it was a faulty vacuum switch. It was. It took me five minutes to remove and reinstall. NOTE - take a picture or mark the wires and vacuum tube so you hook it up again correctly. Everything worked fine thereafter.”

“I bought it new and this is my second year using the Comfort Bilt Pellet Stove. But I consider that the Vacuum Switch started to give problems very early, I think this should include a guarantee, for defects. I hope the new vacuum switch, which and install, will work for many years. Otherwise, it works excellent.”
