“My benefit is twofold. I have this more compact catheter without having to have additional lubrication packets which was a whole other step before. So it has streamlined the whole operation for me. I'm travelling right now on my boat so I took my entire order and have it stored on the boat, takes up less room, great for traveling.
Customer service and support is superb, the fact that you are taking the time to talk to me, and ask and hear my questions about your product, is very good. If more industries would do that, it would boost productivity and solve a lot of problems.
