“I was disappointed because I wanted to try these catheters. However when I placed the order I could not see any way of individualizing the order and it did not occur to me it would default to male. I have no use for male catheters so I will not be trying them. Resprentative asked if I wanted to try them and change my order in the future for female. I wonder how he would have felt if the sent him female catheters and then offered to change future orders to male? If they want to increase sales they need to make sure they are sending correct catheters BEFORE they are shipped. Not into having to police the company. I will deal with a company who is more careful to start with.”
