“It is a real shame that this product is so great - but I will not purchase it again after I was scanned by the company that sells it. Like others - I sent for the free trial of 15 days ($10 for shipping). I only received it by mail for one week before they began charging me $89 - my bank contacted me about it. I contacted customer service and got a nasty response. They claimed they did not send free trial samples and since it had been 15 days since the order - I had to pay. I asked that it be cancelled - we shall see. I truly dislike scammers. Jolie needs to find a better way to sell its products - as the BBB is getting a lot of complaints.”
