“Customer service is horrible they tell you that they are waiting on the doctor to call you and then they tell you that your state doesn’t require a doctors conference so why did I call at 12 o’clock an d ask about my account and was told that I would be contacted by the doctor Later in the afternoon, but my state doesn’t require a doctors interview Ok so I call back later in the afternoon because I had not been contacted by a doctor. And they tell me that my state does not require a doctors interview and but we are still waiting on a doctor to look at my account for approval a week later So when I questioned them about it customer service was very very very rude to me. So I cancelled my order”
