“What to do? I have used PotentLift and like the product; however, the pump I have is faulty. As I have only used it 4 or 5 times it refuses to pump at all. I’m NOT a happy camper. Is there any trick to get it to work. HELP!!!”

“Potentlift is a terrible product in my opinion and returns are nonexistent! My experience has been that this product feels like glue on my face and no matter how much or how little I use, it leaves a look like I'm peeling from a sunburn with flaky white pieces all over. I can't put makeup on top of it because it makes it worse. I have tried to return it the way they've instructed customers to through their "chat" online, but no one responds. Of course, there's no customer phone number. It's been over 48+ hours and we're now past the ridiculous 15-day "purchase" deadline with no response from them. What type of company takes over two days to respond and only through a chat? What a scam. The Federal Trade Commission needs to hear all our complaints. Beware of all these other websites that claim to have reviewed it as most are taking compensation for advertising the product, and they certainly don't have the experience of purchasing it and trying to return it. The reviews all sound the same too. Whatever you think of the product, you should be able to return it according to the company's instructions. “PotentLift did not work for me - I had the same issues as others who complain about the white marks, doesn't matter how little I use. Not happy with it at all, and I am having a very hard time trying to reach them through their weird messaging app. Says they will be back in 2 hours, yet no one has reached out to me. When you can't reach a company, it is highly suspect and I would say, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY”
