I’ve been getting this sharp, stinging pain on my shoulders that always ends up triggering my migraine. There was a time when my episodes turned from bad into worse, and what was once about a month or two episodes apart became thrice weekly. I couldn’t function normally as I’ve been frequently bothered the excruciating pain. I was also almost always in a bad mood whenever I had them. My colleagues started noticing and I’ve earned the reprimand of some people because of it and I’m not proud. My son witnessed how disabling the pain can be one time. The next time he came around, he handed me a pack of Relief Factor. I had my doubts this would help me at all but, since I promised him I’ll try it and take it everyday as instructed, I did. Couple of days later didn’t bring any significant change. On my second week, I started to notice how much more manageable the pain became. I can tell that the pain was still there but, it wasn’t nearly as bad as it was before. The other good part is that I didn’t get upset stomach like I usually do whenever I try taking joint supplements. Relief Factor is a great find and I’m keeping this one

Only 4 out of 5 stars due to the price. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars! I am a dance instructor and got injuries in my wrist, shoulder and mostly my feet that I could not give time to heal. After 9 years my feet got so bad I couldn't dance any longer. Sesamoiditis gave me Arthritis. Searching on line I could find no one who ever healed from Sesamoiditis. 5 years in I tried to walk on sand thinking it would help my feet. My heals sunk right to the ground and the pain was unbearable. After 9 years I heard of Relief Factor and took it. They say it takes 3 weeks to notice any difference. I took it faithfully and basically didn't feel any different. However on the 3rd week I was on vacation and had my second opportunity to walk in sand. I was sure it was going to hurt. But I tried it anyway. When I got on the sand I couldn't believe it. My feet felt like nothing was wrong with them. Instead of my heals sinking in, I was able to push off my toes for the first time in 9 years. Needless to say I walked miles on the bench every day that week! When I got home I found a bench volleyball court where I continued to rebuild my feet for the next 5 months. By this time my feet even felt good out of the sand and on the dance floor. I kept taking RF for 18 months until my credit card got hacked. My feet continued to feel good, the sesamoiditis was gone. But after a year of not take RF the arthritis pain came back on and off. Also of note the shoulder injury (3 yr injury) and wrist injury (11 year injury) also went away over time while taking RF. You see, I couldn't rebuild my injuries due to inflammation. With it's pain out of the way, I could and I did thanks to RF. I see a lot of negative reviews here but that is only because those taking it would not need to come to this page to know how or that it truly works. I have taken other supplements that did not help. RF did! But don't think it can do it alone. It takes away inflammation caused by injuries and arthritis. It does not take away injuries, that is up to you.

Relief Factor is not the worst joint supplement that I have ever tried but its effects are certainly not enough to justify me buying any more of it. I want to say that I felt it work a little. I have dealt with stiffness in my elbows for years and when I took Relief Factor, I did feel like it helped my elbow feel a bit looser but I honestly can’t say for certain that it wasn’t just some kind of placebo effect. For me, this product was not effective enough.
