“I was having problems with episodes of menopause symptoms, and the main one was the hot flashes. That’s why I got Relizen in the first place with the hope it would help me out by curbing the hot flashes. But it didn’t, and I even wondered what I was thinking of using this supplement. It all started with tingling in my limbs, and before I knew, my mouth was ever dry, and the hot flashes seemed to increase. I went into a dilemma with myself to stop using it, but I assumed that the side effects would wear out. After a couple of weeks, without any signs of improvement and dealing with another side effect of dizziness, I opted to discontinue using Relizen.”

“I’ve been taking Relizen for several years and noticed that after they changed the packaging, the product isn’t working for me. I called the company to ask if they changed the formula and they said they haven’t. That’s interesting since now when I put it in my mouth, it has a bitter taste and it never had that before. I’m wondering if anyone else is having trouble with the product working after the packaging changed.”

“My cousin suggested I try this product and very soon I went from having 5-6 hot flashes a day with uncontrollable sweating to none. Although it started working for me after the first few doses, within about 3 months I got some of my hot flashes back and also gained a little weight. However, Relizen has made a significant difference in my quality of life and does diminish about 30% of my hot flashes overall.”
