"I’ve had better results from other sleeping aids than zzzquil. This was strongly recommended by my best friend. I wasn’t willing to change brands but, the sleeping pill I was used to run out of stock one time. I decided to take zzzquil and judge if it performed as well as the brand of my choice. zzzquil does not come close. I took zzzquil after I was done with my reading and after taking a warm bath. I put on a soft music in the background to help with my sleep. I was restless throughout the night. I’m sure it was the zzzquil I took. This is my usual routine and with my usual sleeping pill, this routine would normally work out a restful and peaceful good night’s sleep for me. zzzquil is useless. You’re better off using something else or, start jogging for a change."

Zzzquil works but the side effects are unbearable I moved back to my hometown in Jersey just two weeks ago after being stationed in Dubai for three years. The first few days were tough. I couldn’t get to sleep. On my first night back, I didn’t get to sleep at all. I was up for 21, maybe 22 hours straight. I’ve been home for almost a month now and my sleeping habits have yet to improve. I am starting a new job at a local office in two weeks and I don’t think I can function well at all if I don’t get my sleep problems in check. I started taking zzzquil the day it arrived in the mail about a week ago. On the first night I took it, I did get into deep sleep and I actually couldn’t remember being conscious at any time during the night. What I couldn’t pass up was how zzzquil made me feel when I woke up the following morning. I was dizzy, my vision was spinning. It’s almost as if I was drunk, and I don’t drink anything that has alcohol in it. I’d still consider the side effects mild though and since I found out it did get me to sleep, I dismissed the negative reaction as probably just my body’s way of saying it needed time to adjust. So, I took another dose the following night and the night after that. On the third day, the symptoms were so bad. That’s when I thought zzzquil works but the side effects are unbearable.
