“I originally ordered the wrong size. I realized it quickly after submitting the order. I quickly sent a message to customer service, who was very responsive and happy to accommodate. The next day I received a rather unfriendly email from a different customer service representative stating that the policy is no refunds after the order has been processed, but he would give me a discount on another order. I returned a email conveying how frustrated I was that one rep said she was happy to help and the other said no way. Luckily the 3rd rep I communicated with was more than helpful and only interested in what she could do to make me a happy customer. Thank goodness for her because this review would be very different without her kindness and effort.”
