“I have been ordering and using lids by design for over a year now. And I have always given exceptional reviews because they are deserved!! I love this product but hate the delivery this time around. I always have my order delivered within 3-5 days. I never received it although the status showed delivered. So I called customer service and the representative stated she was setting up for a new order to replace it. That was 2 weeks ago. I still haven’t received my replacement order. I ultimately ordered these from Amazon and had them in 3 days. I basically paid for 2 orders and only got 1. I will be calling contours rx for a refund. I will continue using these what I call my magic eyes lol but I will order from Amazon from here on out”

Thick tweezers are not designed for application of our delicate strips. The delicacy of LIDS BY DESIGN is what makes them comfortable and transparent, but this also means they must be handled with care. Our specially developed tweezers are the thinnest available, which means they touch the strip as little as possible and limit the risk of damage.

“I am ABSOLUTELY amazed at the difference using Lids By Design has made for me. I am constantly trying different products to help me look younger, but quite often, I am disappointed in the results. With this product, it was the exact opposite. I didn't have very high expectations, especially since the product was so affordable. When I received the product, it did take me several attempts over several days to be able to properly place the product so that it looked good and was comfortable. I just kept watching the tutorial videos until I was able to get the hang of it. Now, I wouldn't think of not using Lids By Design everyday!”
