I have very hooded eyes, I first ordered 8mm, which is more than I needed, Then 7mm, better but 6mm is perfect. I don't go out without them now.

No matter what I do, these are not transparent as advertised. I can see them without makeup and when I put makeup on my eyes it looks terrible and the strips are extremely visible. And, yes I did buy the blender stick.

Hello Anissa, There are a couple of reasons why this may be happening: (1) you may have applied the strip by swiping across it rather than pressing and holding, the more you press the more it blends with the skin tone (2) the skin may not be fully dry or clean (no oils, makeups, or moisturizers) when applying the strip! We recommend using our Eyelid Prep Pads to prepare the skin optimally for LIDS BY DESIGN. Please let us know if you have any further questions!

Did not rate because I don’t think it’s the fault of product. My lids just are too saggy and the strips don’t work for me. I’ve tried putting them on many different areas and I can’t achieve the results I hoped for.

Hello Donna, Thank you for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you navigate the application process, as I know it can take some time. You want to make sure that your eyelid is clean and free of any oils or lotions before starting the application process. We provide a starter tool to use as tweezer to be able to lift the strip from the plastic, however, if you find that you are not successful in grabbing the strip without damaging it, and have not purchased our needle nose tweezers, we recommend using a pair of clean tweezers that you have at home to be able to lift the edge end of the strip carefully. Please do not lift the strip with your fingers, as our hands have oils on them. When lifting the strip from the plastic, please make sure you are not pulling, but rather gently lifting. Once you identify the right placement for the strip (the fold of the eyelid where the skin is sagging) you will want to lift the eye, and place the strip over that fold. After the strip is placed, please make sure to use the "press and hold" technique, rather than swiping across. This will ensure that the strip is bonded and translucent. If you decide that you would like to wear eyeshadow, you are welcome to do so once the strip is properly placed, however, we recommend using non-mineral oil based primer on top of the strip before applying your eyeshadow to ensure that the eyeshadow applies to the strip. I will also include our youtube video on the application process :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQH7pUCRTIY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAJCnUTDnN4 Please let us know if you have any further questions! I needed to practice but now I’m doing well. This smaller size works the best. I originally had a problem with my Cataract surgery’ s. Light hits the lens corner and creates a shadow. As my lids are drooping a bit (at 81) it almost affects my balance. As I went back to the lids and the smaller size , the lift makes all the difference and the smaller size . Stay tuned. So this may have helped ….stay tuned. Many thank you's
