We do offer the Extended Wear Adhesive, which provides extra hold for the LIDS BY Design Strips.
If the strips are not applied properly, they will not result in a transparent application.

“I like these, they do lift my lid, but this size is a bit to small. I wish I could where wear my normal I makeup with them. Eventhough I use the what is recommended before applying eye make up, I do not like the results. Uocam totally see them after I put eye makeup on.”

For best results, the correcting strips should apply to the bare skin before any makeup, oils, or moisturizers. We recommend using our Eyelid Prep Pads to prepare the skin for LIDS BY DESIGN. The strip and the skin are two different surfaces, so makeup will inherently take two different ways. To avoid this, use our Transforming Shadow Base over the strip and eyelid to make everything one smooth surface. This base was specially designed to work with the strips as it is oil-free and will not interfere with the adhesive! Make sure the shadow base dries out completely before applying, like 2-4 mins drying time, this allows the shadows to be more pigmented and last all day long.
