“I love your bags but not happy with your delivery service it took two weeks for the bag to get to Queensland so it was a very late birthday present for my sister and the tracking was very poor for days it was stuck on the same spot with no movement and no updates. The delivery service is not good for your business even Australia post was quicker where it only took them a week to deliver goods to the same address so no l am not happy with transit operator”
Thank you for your review Lesley (sorry we have only just seen it). We have now changed our delivery service and moved all our stock to a logistics company in Sydney so we can be assured of better service and a quicker delivery time
