“Very nice slow cooked. Not sure 500g enough for 2 or 3 though. I ordered 5 x 500g for 6 people and there was very little left. There is obviously a lot of bone included. Would order again.”

“The ribs are amazing done in a slow cooker or on a low setting in the oven. The meat falls off the bone. 500g says it serves 2-3 but in my house it's 1 generous portion (500g includes the weight of the bones!) or might serve 2 if I've something else with it.”

“Eaten 5 lots of these now and can say they are the cleanest, tastiest ribs I've ever eaten and i'm very particular about meat quality... No need to add anything to flavour.”
