“So far the best organic, nitrate/nitrite free thick cut bacon I have found. This is a repeat purchase. The taste is good and you cannot see through the slices, like some other brands. The only negative is the inconsistency in the number of slices in the pack. On balance, I would sooner have variable pricing for six slices per pack than not know if I am getting 4,5, or 6 slices.”

“I Ordered bacon, which is excellent (best bacon I've ever had), however I am getting really annoyed with the fact that I've ordered 3 times and each time each packet had a different number of slices. Do they honestly expect their customer to get out a knife and scale and cut the bacon every time they want to cook lunch to make sure they eat a consistent amount each day? first box had 7 slices per packet, next box had 5, now this box has 4. I can't event estimate how much I need to buy now to last me a week. Put 6 slices in a packet and adjust the price accordingly. I find this so annoying that I'm actually considering buying my organic meat from somewhere else as it's constantly messing up my lunch.”
