“I had great hopes for this bacon. I bought it based on the reviews and the fact that it is nitrate free. However, upon cooking it shrunk to half the size (more so than supermarket bacon) and looked grey. I was really disappointed as I was serving it to guests and had to apologise as it had a really tough texture.”
