Rabbit came vacuum packed and frozen. Good size and delicious. Made a pie with it. Shame no giblets. Very tender and despite warning no shot found. Will certainly order again

Excellent rabbit meat - well hung and flavoursome. One was small, the other was big, that worked very well for me. They both have kidneys and liver - added bonus.

Delicious, tender and juicy. Cooked in a crock-pot for a couple of hours, finished it in the oven. Yum!

The best I have found, always excellent quality. Cooked slowly in the oven in white wine, onions, tomatoes and carrots it is delicious. I shall buy again.

I have been looking for rabbit for a long time, which I have to eat for my special diet but, unfortunately, after marinating and carefully cooking it in the pressure cooker, after having just tasted it, I threw everything into the bin. The Italian rabbits, which weigh from 1 kg to 1.3 kg are very tender, probably, indeed certainly from farms, but their meat is light and tender, very good. This rabbit is perhaps wild, and its meat was lint-free, in addition to the fact that the marinade, to remove the wild smell, was in red wine with vegetables, and it retained a strong wine odor-flavor. I would have preferred the rabbit to have been packaged already cut into small pieces and weighing up to 500-600 grams, instead it must be defrosted, cut (difficult for me, disabled) and cook it all. I will not buy this type of meat anymore, unfortunately.
