DELICIOUS! Brined and slow cooked, fell off the bone, all eaters v happy. Fat v flavoursome too and used to cook potatoes underneath lamb. Yum yum yum! THANK YOU! ♥️

I cooked the very slowly at 140c for two and a half hours, after marinating it overnight. It was delicious and enjoyed very much by everyone.
