“The brushes are really nice, the cleanser is good, but the product didn’t work for me. I broke out in pimples all under my jawline on both sides of my face. And every time I used the brushes I got a new pimple. I can’t use it....”

Some breaking out when first using the unit is actually normal as the skin is purging all the trapped dirt and oils that washing with hands previously could not clean out.
