“At first when I started using it I was using the "daily exfoliating brush" and it really wasn't working out for me and I was so upse. I have really sensitive skin and I have to be really careful with what I use on it. Then I read that if you have sensitive skin (which I do)it's better to use the silicone brush head, so I switched to that and it worked BEAUTIFULLY. Skin feels smoother and just cleaner, removing makeup is so much easier. i'd just say if you have sensitive skin , stick to the silicone brush head.”

“I saw great results with this brush system almost immediately. But after just 3 months it stopped working. I contacted the company and they sent me out a new one quickly ( great customer service!) But when I received it didn't work right away. There seems to be issues where the battery connection is. I did get it to work but I have to take off the battery case just about every time and jostle the batteries until it makes a connection. Kind of disappointing sine I really do like the system.”

“The box it comes with is great to keep the brushes clean and stored. The packaging looks nice and simple. When you feel the cleaning brush, it's super soft. So, you would assume it would be soft on the skin, but i felt it rough when the brush was wet. The rotation of the brushes on first mode, is weak. When I put the slightest pressure, it stops.”
