“I like the facial steamer. I had trouble sliding the water tank off, so I don't know if mine is defective or what, because it is very difficult to get it off. It also took a very long time for it to ship out. But I like the actual facial steamer, it works good so far.”

“Pre ordered the Aira and loved it the three times I used it. On preparing to use it a fourth time the bottom of the water tank detached from the rest of the tank. It's now unusable.”
