“The second I turned it on, All I could smell was burning plastic/ chemicals. I let it run for a full cycle and the smell was still going strong. There is nooo way I can use this machine because of this. I tried emailing customer service and no one ever got back to me. Biggest waste of money and so frustrated that they cannot respond to their customers but send out emails to write a review.”

“I loved this for the first couple weeks, however the water container broke already. I also don‚Äôt like the essential oils cages provided, it disrupts the steam flow and bubbles up. When using it the last time, it started by spitting out boiling hot water all over me and burned me. When I asked for a replacement part I was told they would send one right out. That was a month ago. Still no word. In retrospect I should‚Äôve just got a cheaper one from Amazon that was easier to replace if need be.”

“So I purchased this facial steamer late last year and have been using it religiously. I use it 1-2 times per week. I especially love how it clears your pores so that whichever products you‚Äôre applying afterwards really sinks into your skin. It‚Äôs really easy to use and it‚Äôs pretty much your own at-home spa!!! Not to mention, I love this company so much due to the excellent customer service; they get back to you in a timely fashion and are always more than polite.”
