“My children bought me the steamer for Christmas, and If it weren't for the fact I got a defective one, I would be using it more., I can't open the water compartment that you fill with mineral water. I've seen the video how it's supposed to slide out so easily mine is stuck and the cover is off after a struggle then eventually it comes out and I'm frustrated, not relaxed with the calming beautiful steamer that I have managed to use only twice I would love to use twice a week please help!”

“I‚Äôve struggled with acne for a very long time and had to spend crazy money to get facials. I figured I‚Äôd do mini facials at home than go to the spa so often. The first steamer came defective but Vanity Planet issued a new one the same day I reached out. Their customer service is excellent, everyone‚Äôs so warm and helpful. This steamer gives a great steam and I‚Äôm already seeing a huge difference with face. Additionally, the steamer is so beautiful. I stare at it every time I enter the restroom! “My friend and I had a spa day yesterday and we were very excited to use this product but it did not work at all. We followed all the instructions and than pushed the power button, 20 minutes passed by and no steam came out. The only thing that happened was the steamer got super hot and smelled burnt. This was our first time using the facial steamer. Such a disappointment.”
