“I have used the steamer 1x and the steam didn't continuously flow out. I'm not sure if that it because it was the first time or what. In addition, the customer service at vanity planet was slow to respond with accurate tracking of my steamer. I ordered on March 31st and didn't receive the package until 25 days or so later, yet was still charged for shipping.”
