“It was fantastic the 1st time! 2nd time took 30 minutes to heat up/blue light stop blinking, 3rd time 45 minutes. The last time I tried the blue light never stopped blinking, I left it on for 90 minutes it never worked. I can‚Äôt find anywhere on the website to get a replacement.”

“I love this facial steamer. It‚Äôs compact and very easy to use. My reason for giving it 4 Stars oppose to 5 is that it was hard to remove the storage for the water. I had to watch a video and still couldn‚Äôt remove. I finally used something to pry it open.”

“Worked the first 3 times I used it then the lid to the water tank seemed to have melted while warming up the water. Cannot even remove from the tank! Useless and waste of money 😭 reached out to CS and never heard anything back. Over it.”

“I got this as a gift for Christmas and just opened the box and the water canister was cracked and clearly glued. Vanity won't send me a replacement canister since I don't have the receipt due to the fact that it was a gift. Make sure they don't send you a used damaged product!!”
