“I got this as a gift for Christmas and have since used it two times. I have very dry skin right now and remembered I had this great tool to help my skin and was excited to put it to use! Well, I‚Äôve been waiting in the bathroom for it to begin streaming for 25 minutes and have checked the water level and restarted it multiple times. Long story short... the lifespan of this steamer is nothing short of disappointing. Do not recommend.”
