“I received my facial steamer on Saturday 1/2/21 and used it twice and it stopped working. The light is flashing and it won‚Äôt turn on. Now I need to figure out how to return it. I liked it but def won‚Äôt recommend it to any of my friends.”

“the Essia Ultrasonic Lifting Wand that I received as a part of a combo that included the steamer was defective - it doesn't charge despite charging it for 12+ hours. The red light starts blinking when I charge it but it doesnt actually charge or turn blue (indicating fully charged). Now it does not even turn on and hence, I could only use it once and now the product is useless. I also had to pay customs charges for this product (equivalent to more than half the value of the product) on top of the shipping amount - making it completely worthless for the price. To return/replace the item, I will have to pay more in shipping than the actual worth of the product so there's no point in getting it replaced according to the warranty either. overall, this whole experience has been extremely disappointing and I would never shop at vanity planet again! I wrote to the customer service 1 month ago and got a generic forward email but no case-specific assistance. Such a terrible experience for a cheap product.”

“I ordered the microdermabrasion wand a few months ago and have been really liking it. When I got the steamer for Christmas and used them together, LIFE CHANGING! I love how my face feels after and especially my lips. I‚Äôve tried other brands but this beats it by far!”

“I bought this product this spring and have used it about once a week since. I love the sleek style and the steam is incredible! Unfortunately the sliding mechanism to load the water has broken rendering it impossible to use. I am hoping mine was just a fluke as I only enjoyed about 6 steams.”
