“I ordered two of these and I was charged and given a shipping tracking by number. Yesterday I went to check the tracking and it said that my shipment was no longer available. I am so disappointed because I bought them for my mom and my mother-in-law. I even wrote to them but no response. I‚Äôd like the money back or kindly send the steamers or just an update. I‚Äôm very disappointed. I have bought many items from Vanity Planet.”
